Nassihi To Moderate Judicial Panel on Complex Litigation at ABA Pharma and Biotech Event

San Francisco Managing Partner Amir Nassihi will moderate “A View From the Bench: Best Practices in Managing Complex Litigation,” at “Current Issues in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotech Litigation,” November 9, 2018, in North Wales, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia). A panel of four state and federal court judges will discuss the efficient management of complex litigation, coordinating with related cases pending in different jurisdictions, recent developments of issues such as personal jurisdiction and preemption, and provide practical tips for pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.

The regional CLE event is presented by the ABA Section of Litigation Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotech Subcommittee and the Mass Tort Subcommittee of the Products Liability Committee.
