Sastre to Discuss Multiplaintiff Trial Strategy at ACI

Miami Administrative Managing Partner Hildy Sastre will present “Best Strategies for Moving Forward When Faced With an Actual Multiplaintiff Trial,” at the 23rd Annual Conference on Drug & Medical Device Litigation in New York City. The conference is sponsored by ACI. 

Sastre will be joined by Amanda T. Perez, assistant general counsel for Pfizer, Inc., and David B. Sudzus, partner at Drinker Biddle. The presenters will discuss strategies for opposing multiplaintiff trials, the best safeguards if they are scheduled and strategic use of motions in limine to preserve the trial record.
