Sullivan, Muehlberger Discuss Class Action Trends at FoodBev Exchange in Chicago

Shook Partners Tom Sullivan and Jim Muehlberger will provide an overview of important issues in class action jurisprudence, including recent changes to personal jurisdiction, damages analysis and corporate approaches to settlement, in “Class Action Litigation Update–Highlighting Recent Substantive Trends and Rule 23 Procedural and Doctrinal Developments,” at the FoodBev Exchange conference in Chicago, October 17, 2018. Sullivan and Muehlberger will be joined by Stephen M. Mahieu, Senior Counsel–Litigation for The Kraft Heinz Company.
