Harrison and Rittler to Present at LAKC Opening Day CLE

Shook Associates Ashley Harrison and Devan Rittler will present “Ethics and Professional Considerations for Litigators and Counselors” at the 5th Annual Opening Day CLE hosted by the Lawyers Association of Kansas City, March 28, 2019. They will discuss the ethical obligations of all attorneys, but with a particular focus on commercial and business litigation. 

In the context of their review of ethics rules, Harrison and Rittler will discuss key considerations for lawyers working with business entities as clients, social media use, and the preservation of electronically stored information (ESI). 

Other presenters will review attorney conduct at depositions and discuss the potential impact of changes to laws regulating cannabis products. The CLE event will be followed by a Kansas City Royals opening day watch party.
