McDonough to Discuss MDLs at Federal Bar Association Event

On March 26, 2019, Shook Chair Madeleine McDonough will present “Resolving MDLs” at “Current Issues in MDLs and Class Actions,” hosted by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Federal Bar Association. Her co-presenters are the Hon. Ann Montgomery, Senior District Judge for the District of Minnesota, and Aimee Wagstaff of Andrus Wagstaff. Associate Brent Dwerlkotte is co-chair of the event.
