McDonough and Dwerlkotte Presenters at Federal Bar Event

Shook Chair Madeleine McDonough and Associate Brent Dwerlkotte both were presenters at “Current Issues in MDLs and Class Actions," hosted by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Federal Bar Association, March 26, 2019. 

McDonough discussed “Resolving MDLs,” with co-presenters the Hon. Ann Montgomery, U.S. District Judge for the District of Minnesota, and Kim Dougherty of Andrus Wagstaff. Dwerlkotte, who also served as a co-chair of the event, spoke on the topic of “Changes to Rule 23 and the Future of Class Actions and MDLs,” with Elizabeth Cabraser of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, and Professor Richard Marcus, Professor of Law at UC Hastings.
