Heinz to Discuss Food-Related Social Media Marketing at ACI
Partner Lindsey Heinz will discuss the challenges of social media in “Managing Social Media Marketing Campaigns Related to Food Products” at the American Conference Institute’s Food Advertising and Marketing Master Law Symposium in Chicago, Illinois, April 11, 2019.
Heinz and co-presenter Matthew R. Dornauer, general counsel for Phusion Products, LLC, will explain how to draft social media policy, working with business partners to manage campaigns, how to handle customer retweets and similar sharing of product information, and more.
Heinz regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance, enforcement and policy matters involving FDA-regulated products.
