Cho to Moderate Federal Civil Practice Panel for Chicago Bar Association

Shook Chicago Administrative Managing Partner Amy Cho will moderate a panel “Keys to an Effective Federal Civil Practice,” on May 21, 2019, at the Chicago Bar Association (CBA). The CLE program will include two panels of current and former federal judges who will discuss how to be more persuasive in written and oral advocacy and improve the effectiveness of settlement conferences.

Cho currently serves as the vice chair of the CBA’s Federal Civil Practice Committee.

Scheduled panelists include the Hon. Matthew F. Kennelly, the Hon. Thomas M. Durkin, the Hon. Sheila Finnegan, the Hon. M. David Weisman, the Hon. James F. Holderman, and the Hon. Michael T. Mason. Cho's co-presenter is Joshua Mahoney of Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP.
