Behrens Joins Panel on Ethical Considerations for Autonomous Vehicles at IADC Annual Meeting

Shook Partner Mark Behrens will present “Ethical Considerations for Autonomous Vehicles” at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Annual Meeting in Asheville, North Carolina, July 11, 2019. 

Scheduled co-presenters include Sharon Caffrey of Duane Morris LLP, Andrew Cook of Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso PLLC, and Emily Frascaroli of Ford Motor Company.

Behrens is Co-Chair of Shook’s Public Policy Group. A substantial part of his practice is working to improve the civil litigation environment through state and federal legislation; in the courts through amicus curiae briefs on behalf of business, civil justice and defense lawyer organizations; through legal scholarship and judicial education; and in the court of public opinion.
