Goldberg Discusses Climate Change at National Press Club

Shook Partner Phil Goldberg will be a featured speaker in the "Rule of Law Defense Fund Washington Policy Series: Climate Change Litigation Update," Thursday, October 17, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. 

Other scheduled speakers are South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson; Andrew Grossman of BakerHostetler; Prof. Donald Kochan, Chapman University School of Law; and Walter Olson of the Cato Institute. 

Goldberg is Managing Partner of Shook's Washington, D.C. office, and Co-Chair of the firm's Public Policy Group.
