Daily Business Review Spotlights Shook Partner’s Precedent-Setting Win for Client Stryker

The Daily Business Review featured a prominent Shook appellate win for client Stryker in “Improper Mid-Trial Juror Switch in Products Liability Trial Was Harmless, South Florida Court Rules.” The case involved a medical device which a jury judged to have been used improperly by medical personnel and a defense verdict for manufacturer Stryker, but was pushed to appellate court concerning jury instructions and changes made to the jury during the original trial.

Shook Managing Partner Dan Rogers argued the cased before the appellate court, and Shook Partners Hildy SastreWilliam Geraghty and Jennifer McLoone, and Associates Vanessa Offutt and Michael Polatsek also worked on the appellate case for Stryker.
