Class Action Defense Automotive Litigator Named Among Leaders in Law
The Los Angeles Business Journal recognizes Shook LA Managing Partner Michael Mallow as a nominee for the publication’s “Leaders in Law” award. The publication selected Mallow for his stellar career and commitment to the community. Winners will be announced during an upcoming live virtual ceremony on Wednesday, November 18.
Mallow tackles the most challenging legal questions facing the firm’s industry-trailblazing clients in commercial and class action litigation cases. For more than 20 years, Mallow has defended automotive companies and manufacturers against unexpected litigation ranging from product recalls to advertising claims. Through strategic litigation and counsel, Mallow has secured wins for national automotive clients saving companies and manufacturers time while safeguarding their reputations.
Nominated attorneys will be recognized for “exceptional legal skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership and contributions to the Los Angeles community.” Earlier this year, Mallow was named among the LABJ’s “LA500,” a list of the most influential people, across a wide variety of industries. In 2019, Mallow and a number of other class action defense and commercial litigation lawyers opened Shook’s Los Angeles office.
