Schwartz to Present PLAC Virtual Conference Session on Plaintiffs’ Lawyers in 2021

Co-Chair of Shook’s Public Policy Practice Group Victor E. Schwartz will be presentating in the last session of the Product Liability Advisory Counsel (PLAC) Virtual Fall Conference on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, 1:10-2:15 p.m. EST. Schwartz will be part of the four-person presentation “Plaintiffs’ Lawyer Army, What Do They Have in Store for You in 2021?” The session will inform on how “the changing political landscape will affect tort reform, plaintiff lawyer financing, nuclear verdicts and judicial hellholes,” and what attorneys and their clients can do in light of “political” trial lawyers and related judicial activity. This session will qualify for CLE (approval currently pending) for attendees viewing live.
