Shook is proud to celebrate Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day or Emancipation Day, which honors the end of slavery in the United States. Today, 156 years later, Juneteenth is observed as a state or ceremonial holiday in 47 of the 50 United States including Washington, D.C.
