Shook Attorney to Speak on Messaging Apps at ACC Annual Meeting
Shook Data and Discovery Strategies Attorney Adam Shoshtari will be speaking at the 2021 Virtual Association of Corporate Counsel Annual Meeting. Shoshtari will be presenting “The Ever-Changing Landscape of Messaging Apps: Balancing Acceptable Use with Information Governance Best Practices,” with Global Head of eDiscovery and Digital Forensics for Juniper Networks Kimberly Quan, and Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Planet Home Lending Stacey Shaw. The presentation will be Thursday, October 21 from 2–3 p.m. ET. The session will address available messaging applications and best practices for acceptable use policies and change management in light of organizations quickly introducing messaging technologies to ensure no interruption in day-to-day business during the pandemic. Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts and other platforms will be part of the discussion along with information governance and eDiscovery risks they pose.
