Shook Lead Trial Attorney Reviews Complex OC Water Case

Shook Class Action and Complex Litigation Partner Jad Davis will co-present, “So What Happened During That Year-Long Trial in the Orange County Water District Case?” October 6, 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. PDT. Davis will be speaking at the Orange County Bar Association Environmental Law Section Meeting, along with another lead attorney from the case, about the Orange County Superior Court trial that resulted from a 14-year-old lawsuit. The case involved cost recovery and tort claims, 22 original sites affected, and $10 million in investigatory costs involving 5 million pages of discovery.
