Daily Journal Names Shook Class Action Partner Among Leading Commercial Litigators

Shook Partner Michael Mallow has been named among the Daily Journal’s annual list of “Leading Commercial Litigators” for 2024. This award recognizes the top-performing litigating lawyers across the United States.

As co-chair of Shook’s Class Action & Appellate Litigation Practice Group, Mallow has substantial litigation experience in the automotive, technology and personal care products industries. He has represented clients in class action and complex litigation matters, including cases related to economic product defects, intellectual property and deceptive advertising. 

Mallow is also the managing partner for Shook Los Angeles and the recipient of numerous accolades, including recognition by Chambers USA in the categories of California Litigation: General Commercial, and Product Liability: Consumer Class Action.
