Shook Senior Counsel to Present at Food Law and Regulation Boot Camp Virtual Conference

Shook Senior Counsel and Food Law Regulatory Practitioner John F. Johnson III will be setting the stage for the conference, “Food Law and Regulation Boot Camp,” scheduled for July 16-18. The virtual conference begins with Johnson’s Workshop, “Food Law and Regulations Fundamentals: An Essential Primer on Applicable Laws and Governing Agencies Having Authority Over Food,” July 16, 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. CT. Johnson will be joined by Kelley Drye & Warren’s Partner Kristi Wolff, providing attendees with an in-depth working knowledge of the cornerstone laws and regulations applicable to food as well as the administrative bodies responsible for the regulation of food in the U.S. The workshop and conference are designed for in-house counsel and executives as well as private practice lawyers working for the food industry to obtain the regulatory knowledge which is critical to their practices.
