Privacy and Cybersecurity Co-Chair to Speak at Cyber Risk Summit

Co-Chair of Shook’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Al Saikali will co-present “Plaintiffs’ Attorneys on Privacy Breach Litigation,”10:15-11:00 a.m., February 11, at the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit in Miami Beach, Florida. Saikali be one of three speakers in this morning plenary session that features plaintiff attorneys discussing the ever-changing circumstances of privacy breach litigation including the growing role of technology and expert evidence in shaping outcomes, perspectives on what the future of privacy litigation may look like, and the strategic considerations behind settlement versus going to trial. 

The Summit will offer three days of innovative educational programming and networking opportunities.
