LA Times Lists Shook Among Top Law Firms in LA and Orange County

The LA Times has listed Shook’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices among its 2026 Top Law Firms in LA County and Orange County. This recognition highlights the firm’s growing presence in California and along the west coast.

Under the leadership of Managing Partner Michael Mallow, Los Angeles has grown from five to more than 30 attorneys. The office provides industry-leading representation of auto manufacturers and distributors, as well as companies in consumer products, energy, food and beverage, retail, technology and telecommunications.

Shook opened its Orange County office in 2003. The lawyers there represent a large number of global companies across a variety of industries, which include automotive, environmental, life sciences, pharmaceutical and medical devices and more. The office is led by Managing Partner Janet Hickson.
