Gerald focuses his practice on complex product liability litigation and has extensive experience in pre-trial discovery matters, including evidence development, witness development, and defending attorney-client privilege and work product claims.
Prior to joining Shook, Gerald received deposition and trial experience in a wide range of legal matters as an associate in a small general practice, including extensive experience in advocating vaccine injury claims before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Gerald also worked as an associate general counsel to a national restaurant chain.
