Kaio is an attorney with a business background who works in the firm’s General Liability Litigation Practice. He has researched and drafted motions for product liability and personal injury litigation as well as memorandum on environmental, employment and general liability issues.

Kaio earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he participated in moot court competition and received the Gift and Estate Tax Dean’s Award. In law school, he also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald A. Clifford III of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California, where he researched and drafted tentative rulings on various motions related to bankruptcy proceedings and observed motion hearings and bench trials. Kaio earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from San Francisco State University and worked as a business analyst for three major companies before entering law school.
