Bianca Costa is a staff attorney in Shook’s General Liability Litigation group, where she supports clients in complex litigation matters. She brings a broad legal background across multiple jurisdictions, with experience spanning general liability litigation, immigration, corporate, energy, consumer law and public-sector matters.
Bianca has managed high-volume litigation caseloads and supported attorneys through all stages of case preparation. Her experience includes corporate, energy and litigation matters, as well as public-sector work with state and federal legal offices in Brazil. She has also worked in private practice and international settings, including immigration and litigation matters in Australia, and practiced as an attorney in Brazil with a focus on consumer law.
In addition to her legal background, Bianca has in-house experience developing clear, effective communications for internal and external audiences. She has managed stakeholder engagement projects, prepared presentations and communications materials, improved reporting processes, responded to public inquiries and worked with cross-functional teams to support timely, accurate and consistent messaging.
