Michael is a class action and appellate attorney with an in-depth knowledge of the workings of federal and state supreme court proceedings. 

Michael clerked for the Honorable Paul C. Wilson, Supreme Court of Missouri, where he drafted and edited opinions and authored memoranda on whether to issue extraordinary writs or grant applications for transfer. This experience benefits his clients seeking state appeals. In law school, Michael also interned for the Honorable Willie Epps, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and also for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri. He was also an intern for the Office of Senator Roy Blunt, which gave him valuable experience in public policy and legal issues. Michael uses all of his experiences in the defense of his clients in class action litigation appeals.
