Mark is a trial attorney representing clients in the automotive, technology, and energy industries in complex class actions and mass actions in federal courts, state courts, appellate courts, and various arbitrations. Mark has litigated cases throughout the country, and has presented oral arguments, deposed fact witnesses, experts, and plaintiffs in various litigations, and developed detailed strategy with clients to manage multi-jurisdiction product liability litigation. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including factual investigation, motion practice, discovery, depositions, class certification briefings, pretrial preparation, trial and appeal.

Mark is also dedicated to providing legal services to low-income clients and has a pro bono practice in which he has assisted clients in variety of cases, including civil rights, asylum and family law matters. In his pro bono work, Mark has successfully argued an appeal before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and was lead trial counsel in a two-week jury trial in the Southern District of California. Mark has also served as a volunteer prosecutor, representing the City of Houston in eight jury trials.
