Elizabeth is an environmental and toxic tort litigator with a background in science education. She has conducted legal research and prepared memorandum outlining applicable law pertaining to product liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation; analyzed and interpreted statutes, regulations, and case law; and has experience in extensive discovery work.
Elizabeth earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Vermont Law and Graduate School, where she was a managing editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. She participated in the school’s national moot court team and was a law clerk extern to the Honorable Justice Karen R. Carroll of the Vermont Supreme Court, where she prepared bench memoranda analyzing various cases before the Court. She holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry with a minor in environmental science from McGill University.
