Frances has represented clients in general liability defense, commercial and business litigation and employment law matters. This has included drafting pleadings, motions and discovery; conducting legal research; and assessing case strategy. In addition, she has managed hearings, including making attorney appearances on motions and status updates, and has overseen case progression, client communication and trial preparation.
