Henry concentrates his efforts in the General Liability Litigation Practice. During law school, Henry honed his advocacy skills through work with Duke University’s Civil Justice Clinic, defending eviction claims and appealing administrative court rulings for license and certification revocations. He interviewed clients and witnesses, drafted pleadings and motions and developed novel legal arguments in the COVID-19 context.
Before law school, Henry worked as a consultant for Cerner, a supplier of health information technology services, devices and hardware. In this role, he helped clients maximize revenue, increase efficiency and navigate complex government regulatory obligations.
Henry is intentional in identifying and aligning himself with client interests. Working with rural hospital systems in health care consulting, as well as with Fortune 100 companies in insurance defense and indigent clients in the Civil Justice Clinic, illustrates his ability to advocate effectively across diverse settings and industries.
