Rachel has 15+ years’ experience providing client-specific strategic solutions and management for matters involving complex electronic discovery, managed review and litigation preparation. She has significant experience with regulatory enforcement actions, contractual disputes, class actions, internal investigations, intellectual property and patent infringement. Rachel is known for her abilities in subject-matter analysis and thought leadership in strategically planning, designing and executing large-scale, end-to-end multilevel workflows on time and on budget, delivering exceptional results for clients.

Rachel has substantial experience leveraging and tailoring technology and human resources to deliver efficient and effective results throughout the life cycle of a case, providing guidance and counsel on all aspects of discovery, including data preservation and collection, early case assessment, comprehensive managed review, analytics, TAR, privilege reviews and logging, privacy and HIPAA compliance, and production.

Rachel earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law.
