Alicia is an attorney with the firm’s General Liability Litigation Practice, where she defends companies and organizations in matters involving general liability, automotive litigation, and other business-related disputes. She is actively involved in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing client memoranda, managing discovery, conducting depositions, and representing clients in hearings and conferences. 

Before joining Shook, Alicia was an associate at a regional defense firm in New Jersey, where she focused on insurance defense, municipal liability, and the representation of public entities. She represented insurers, policyholders, municipal entities, and self-insured businesses in personal injury, premises liability, and automotive litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania courts. Alicia also advised municipalities on drafting local legislation, land use, redevelopment, affordable housing, public finance, procurement, and environmental compliance, and defended governmental entities in litigation involving tort claims, property disputes, and regulatory matters.

Alicia earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Team and gained experience from judicial internships in both the Philadelphia and Delaware County Courts of Common Pleas. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Douglas H. Hurd, Civil Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court.
