Tory is a member of the firm’s Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice Group. Tory earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Baylor Law School, where she was an associate editor of the Baylor Law Review. During law school, she gained experience working for two legal clinics and as a legal intern for a private law firm. In addition, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Alan D. Albright and the Honorable Derek T. Gilliland of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, where she researched, drafted, revised and delivered opinions on various civil, criminal and patent matters, including orders on motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions for default judgment. Tory graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in philosophy and a certificate in pre-law.
