Nykeemah works in the General Liability Litigation Practice. She has defended lawsuits against various corporations, in both state and federal court, involving product liability, warranty, toxic tort and auto accident claims and asbestos claims, completing all aspects of litigation.
Earlier in her career, Nykeemah worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 corporation where she defended first- and third-party claims and lawsuits. She presented oral arguments before the court, took and defended depositions as well as prepared clients, witnesses and experts for depositions and testimony. As first chair, Nykeemah also prepared and took cases to mediation, arbitration and trial.
