Gus is a litigator in the Environmental and Toxic Tort and Exposure Litigation Practice Group. He has years of experience in business litigation, including representing clients in consumer and class action litigation. Gus is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he served as an associate editor for The University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. He also worked as a student counselor at the Penn Carey Law School Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. Gus earned a certificate in management at the University’s renowned Wharton School while earning his J.D., and served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Steven J. Dwyer in the Washington State Court of Appeals.
