Jimmy represents business clients in commercial litigation matters. His experience includes representing major Global 500 companies in product liability and consumer warranty litigation. He has represented some of the world's best-known automotive manufacturers and distributors, and has experience representing his clients in multidistrict litigation and coordinated proceedings in California and nationwide. Jimmy’s experience includes a secondment with a major automotive distributor managing product liability cases. Jimmy has handled his own caseload in different areas of civil litigation from inception to completion with jury trial and binding-arbitration experiences.

Previously, Jimmy practiced in insurance defense for more than seven years in cases involving personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and contractual disputes. He earned degrees in both political science and East Asian studies from UCLA. Following his undergraduate studies, he went to Seoul, Korea, where he attended Yonsei University and earned his M.A. in East Asian studies. After returning to the U.S., Jimmy earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Jimmy is fluent in Korean and has lived extensively in three Asian countries: Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
