Philip represents primarily defendants in all aspects of complex litigation and arbitration as a member of the firm’s Class Action & Appellate Litigation Group. His experience includes drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery responses, interview outlines, bench memoranda, mediation statements and proposed order for settlement of class actions. His work includes various legal issues including internal investigations, data privacy matters, securities fraud, habitat conservation plans, and bankruptcy causes of action.
Philip has also been active in pro bono matters, including representing local nonprofits and asylum and U-visa seekers. He earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he led and won trial competitions.
