Emyr efficiently navigates pre-suit claims and is well versed in handling lawsuits through summary judgment, mediation, trial and settlement. Drawing on prior in-house experience to understand how litigation activity impacts business outcomes, he develops and implements AI solutions to manage active dockets, streamline complex discovery issues and optimize strategy decisions.
In his construction practice, Emyr represents manufacturers, design professionals, owners and contractors in design and manufacturing defect claims, lien enforcement actions and contract, payment and workmanship disputes. As lead counsel, Emyr manages these disputes from intake through resolution and delivers favorable results for clients.
As a Boston native, Emyr stays invested in his community through board service with the Neponset River Watershed Association, which works to protect and restore the river and its surrounding lands, and the Southwest Boston Community Development Corporation, which supports neighborhood revitalization in underserved communities.
