Jordan concentrates his practice on class action and appellate litigation. He drafts meet and confer letters, motion briefs and responsive pleadings. He also analyzes written discovery responses, has requested authority from clients to settle problem cases, and has worked on lemon law matters. Before becoming a staff attorney, Jordan worked as a legal analyst and earlier as a law clerk where he conducted research on general liability issues and assisted with the management of 150 active case files.

Jordan earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law where he was awarded three CALI Awards and was named Outstanding Oralist in the University's moot court. Outside of practicing law, Jordan enjoys running, cooking, and spending time outdoors with his dog, Boomer.
