Keith is a litigator in the firm’s Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice.
Keith earned his J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law, graduating with certificates in both business law and media and entertainment law. Keith worked as a law clerk in a private firm while attending law school, where he gained valuable legal experience in business law. This included conducting legal research on a variety of complex substantive and procedural matters including trade and commercial codes, capital stacks, acquisition agreements, and regulatory matters. He also finalized discovery responses and drafted several pleadings and motions (including motions in limine and Anti-SLAPPs), and assisted with cross-examination of witnesses. In addition, he assessed various entity formation structures, analyzed joint venture agreements, negotiated contractual agreements, and formulated contract edits and recommendations.
Before law school, Keith graduated cum laude from California Lutheran University with a degree in finance. He also served as a legal intern in a private law firm where he managed 760+ clients in a mass tort litigation case. This included interviewing clients, preparing mediation demands, evaluating corporate records, reviewing subrogation files and corresponding with various insurance counsel.
Keith takes pride in giving back to the community by attending United Chambers of Commerce events, which support initiatives that promote economic growth, advocate for businesses and empower women.
Outside of practicing law, Keith enjoys golfing and is an avid baseball enthusiast.
