Mackenzie is an attorney in the General Liability Practice Group, where she defends clients in a variety of industries facing product liability and general liability disputes. She has experience handling cases during all stages of litigation, from inception through post-trial and appellate advocacy.
Before joining the firm, Mackenzie served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Duane Benton at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. As an appellate law clerk, Mackenzie analyzed complex legal issues and contributed to the determination of significant appellate cases. She leverages these skills today to effectively advocate for clients at the trial-court and appellate level.
Mackenzie graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Missouri School of Law. During law school, Mackenzie served as Editor-in-Chief of the Missouri Law Review and earned distinctive honors for her achievements in several courses.
