Mohammad is a staff attorney in Shook’s Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice. He has practiced both internationally and nationally on a variety of matters including commercial, real estate, banking, insurance, trust and estates, family disputes, contract, partnership, and trademark infringement matters. Mohammad has drafted pleadings, defenses and motions, responded to discoveries, and carried out depositions. He has also argued more than 90 motions for various injunctive reliefs in courts and tribunals. 

Before law school, Mohammad earned his paralegal certification and gained valuable legal experience in multiple matters, including drafting articles and memorandum of association, filing forms, and incorporating companies in the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
