Simran is a member of the firm’s Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice, with experience leading more than 40 federal and state cases involving class actions, consumer disputes, unfair competition, and data privacy. She has regularly advised Fortune 500 clients on litigation strategy and has drafted over 45 substantive motions across all stages of litigation. Her work spans breach of contract, fiduciary duty, privacy statutes (CIPA, CCPA, CPRA), the DMCA, and the Lanham Act.

Simran earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was executive notes editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal. While in law school, she clerked for two law firms and was an in-house law clerk for a fintech company, gaining experience in business disputes, employment matters, and consumer protection legalities in banking technology.
