Kayla brings her passion and experience in both business and law to her practice.
Kayla graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, where she was the president of the Elliot Spoon Business and Securities Law Institute. While in law school, she was a legal intern for the City of Grand Rapids, conducting research for negotiations and arbitration and preparing legal memorandum for city attorneys on constitutional and employment law issues. She also served as an in-house legal intern at a global financial technology and insurance company, where she analyzed business agreements and labor law issues and drafted and reviewed contracts.
Kayla earned her bachelor’s degree cum laude in business administration and management from Lake Superior State University. Throughout her undergraduate journey, Kayla balanced working full time while being a student-athlete, demonstrating exceptional dedication and time management. In addition to her academic and athletic commitments, Kayla founded the Women in Business Club, further enriching her collegiate experience and contributing to her growth personally and professionally.
