Mei is a Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice attorney who has worked as a managing litigation associate, leading meet-and-confer discussions and negotiations for settlement, serving as the client contact and second chair in two trials and two arbitration hearings, and appearing in court. She has advised clients; conducted legal research and discovery; and drafted correspondence, pleadings, motions, and written discovery in business litigations, international arbitrations and EB-5 class actions involving derivative claims, contractual disputes and fraud claims, as well as other matters. Her experience includes legal research and document review for antitrust and consumer protection enforcement actions.
By the time she entered law school, Mei had already gained four years of legal experience working in patent litigation and employment litigation as a paralegal. Mei would then earn her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, and interned for the American Antitrust Institute and the Federal Trade Commission.
