Shook Secures Multimillion-Dollar Global Port Security Deal

Shook represented client Cybershield Inc. in securing a multimillion-dollar deal in an international port security enhancement project in South America. Cybershield, based in Miami, Florida, with a team in Colombia and operations throughout Latin America, is a seller, distributor and service provider in the port security industry, serving some of the most important ports in the hemisphere. Cybershield signed this deal with Turkish company Yilport, one of the world’s largest port operators, whose portfolio includes ports in Northern Europe, the Iberian Peninsula, the Mediterranean and Latin America. The deal paves the way for Cybershield to develop the company’s business relationship with Yilport and other top operators in the global maritime port market.
