U.S. News & World Report, Best Lawyers Rank Shook Among Nation’s “Best Law Firms”

Shook, Hardy & Bacon has received six national rankings and more than 30 regional rankings by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers LLC, which collaborated to develop a listing of the nation’s most successful law practices.

The U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” recognition places Shook among the top firms nationally for mass tort litigation/class actions – defendants, commercial litigation, environmental law, antitrust litigation, tax litigation, and patent law. Shook also earned 33 regional rankings in Kansas City, Houston, Miami, Tampa, and San Francisco.

More than 9,600 law firms in 75 practice areas were assessed in a rigorous process that included “client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and review of additional information provided by law firms.”
