Plunkett Featured in DRI Spotlight
Shook, Hardy & Bacon Associate Melissa Plunkett was featured in the New Member Spotlight of DRI’s June 5 newsletter of the Commercial Litigation Committee (CLC).
Plunkett, who focuses her practice on complex individual and class action litigation, joined DRI’s CLC and the Pretrial Practice Procedure at the at the urging of her mentor and Shook Miami Partner Eileen Moss, Vice Chair of the Pretrial Practice Procedure. Plunkett enjoys the opportunity to participate in a national discussion on developments in the law that affect the defense bar.
Since joining, Plunkett has been active in the CLC, including co-authoring the article “Reasonable Particularity: The Starting Point for Effective Rule 30(b)(6) Depositions” with Shook Partner Amy Crouch and Washington D.C. Partner William Yoder.
