Behrens Discusses Litigation Funding at Law School Event

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Public Policy Group Co-Chair Mark Behrens co-presents “Policy Implications of Third Party Litigation Funding” at the Florida Forum on Litigation Funding on November 11, 2016, at the University of Miami School of Law in Miami, Florida.

Behrens’ presentation is part of a half-day seminar geared towards “understanding the current and evolving models of litigation funding, and the issues they present in specific cases as well as more broadly for litigation in Florida.” For this panel, Behrens joins The Hon. Robert A. Mark of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and Professor Lili Levi of the University of Miami School of Law. Josh Webb, associate at Hill Ward Henderson, moderates the discussion.
