Schwartz and Behrens Speak at ATRA Legislative Conference
Shook, Hardy & Bacon Public Policy Partners Victor Schwartz and Mark Behrens target various topics at the American Tort Reform Association’s (ATRA’s) Legislative Conference on November 14-15, 2016, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Schwartz, who chairs Shook’s Public Policy Practice, kicks off the conference with a session titled “Deep Pocket Jurisprudence: Where Tort Law Should Draw the Line and Legislatures Should Hold It Firm.”
Behrens co-presents a session on “Asbestos Litigation and Fraud” during the annual event. He also discusses “Reform of State Rules of Civil Procedure: What You Need to Know” with distinguished co-presenters Malini Moorthy, Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Bayer Corp., and Robert Levy, Counsel for Civil Justice Reform and Law Technology at Exxon Mobil Corp.
