Miller to Participate in LF Dealmakers Forum - Advancing Litigation Finance in NYC

Shook Partner Gary Miller will be a panelist for "Sharing Risk & Reward: Best Practices in Client-Law Firm Partnerships" at the inaugural LF Dealmakers Forum - Advancing Litigation Finance, in New York City, September 17, 2018. Miller, who also is co-chair of Shook's Business Litigation Practice Group, will join James Batson, investment manager at Bentham IMF, Markus Hartmann, former general counsel at Sandoz and Reckitt Benckiser and Douglas Nash, chair of IP litigation at Barclay Damon on the panel. David Kinnear, CEO at High Performance Counsel, will serve as moderator.
