Concepción To Lead Panel on Construction Disputes at GAR Summit

Shook Partner Carlos Concepción will moderate "Construction and Infrastructure: Compliance and Communities," a panel presentation at the Latin Lawyer - GAR Live 3rd Annual Arbitration Summit in Miami, April 30, 2019.

The panel will discuss the status of construction and infrastructure disputes in Latin America, including challenges related to social licenses, community consultations, transactional issues and compliance requirements in international projects. 

Concepción is Chair of Shook's Global Arbitration Practice Group.
